STRATA capability shape
Each axis is one STRATA dimension, derived from your capability assessment. The shape is indicative: influence weights are heuristic, so read the balance between axes rather than the exact value on any one. The lifecycle above shows where capability is weak; this shows why it is constrained. The shape matters more than the area: an even shape at level three beats a spiked one averaging four, because the weakest dimension tends to set the ceiling for everything that depends on it.
